Company History

N.P. Property Management, Inc. (NPM), a full-service Real Estate company, was originally established in June, 2000 by Sadaoki “Sam” Okuda,  designated real estate broker and corporate officer of NPM.
Currently serving for all Southern California basin and other vicinity in U.S.A., upon the client’s needs. In the past few years, NPM has developed into a superior service-based management company. NPM manages properties throughout Southern California from Los Angeles County to San Bernardino County.  NPM is conveniently located in east side of Los Angeles County, City of West Covina (30 minutes from Downtown, Los Angeles) which provide the clients with the local insight essential to capitalize on emergent market trends in the area.
